Guidelines for Abstract Submission

We have designed a program that will attract scientists working in practically any biomedical discipline to insert themselves into broader categories of research such as Community-Based Research, Omics-Based Research, Bioinformatics and Data Science, Collaborative Research, and Clinical Research. A COVID-19 section has been added to the Poster Sessions so that the impact of our Programs on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic may be showcased.

You are invited to submit a one page abstract with the following specifications:

  • First Line: Title in Bold (Sentence case)

  • Second Line: Authors (Presenting author’s name must be underlined)

  • Third Line: Affiliations (Department, School and Institution for each investigator)

  • Abstract:

    • 250 words (Title, Authors, Affiliations, Acknowledgements not included)

    • Format: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion

    • Font and size: Arial 11

  • Final line: Acknowledgement of grant support.

  • The updated template must be saved in .doc format and must have the following filename schema State-Firstname-Lastname.doc, e.g. PR-John-Doe.doc.

  • Upload the file using the following Abstract Submission form.

Abstracts will be due by August 31, 2021.
